These reports are to be completed by each agency that is currently (2007-08) receiving program funding.

You can find the Due Diligence Reporting section on the left hand side once you log in. The Agency Financial Report is located within the DDR tool (you may submit them separately).

Completed Due Diligence Reports must be submitted no later than end of business on Friday, December 14, 2007.

Completed agency financial information must be submitted no later than February 28, 2008.
